Do you provide strollers or wheelchairs rental?

A

You may rent strollers or wheelchairs at our main entrance Information Center.

For strollers:
Rental fee $100 NT with $500 NT deposit (deposit refunds when strollers returned)
(From January 2, 2024, the Rental fee will be $100 NT.)
For wheelchairs:
Guests may rent for free with personal identification provided and rental forms filled out.

Please be reminded that strollers and wheelchairs are to return at our main entrance Information Center.

Where can I store my luggage?

A

For wheeled carry-on or suitcase, you may store them at our main entrance Information Center. For smaller, hand-carried baggage, we provide coin-operated lockers at our main entrance and indoor park Information Centers.

Can pets go into the park?

A

As much as we adore pets, for the safety of young guests and the rights of fellow guests, pets are not allowed inside the park except for service dogs.

Please make use of our Pet Service Center with a service fee $100 NT per pet
(From January 2, 2024, the service fee will be $100 NT.)
